Salwah is a family‑run producer of premium ghee and raw English honey, operating since 2019 from our small base straddling Essex and East London.
Our mission is simple: deliver foods as close to nature as possible—no flavour enhancers, no synthetic shortcuts, never mass‑produced.

Our Ghee
We churn fresh cow’s‑milk cream into butter the old‑fashioned way, then slow‑cook it until the milk solids separate. After careful filtering, you’re left with a crystal‑clear, aromatic butterfat that’s spoon‑ready for spreading on roti, frying, baking, or finishing curries. It’s true “homemade‑style” ghee—rich, nutritious and honest.
Our Honey
From a single Essex apiary, our raw honey is lightly strained, never heated, so it keeps its natural enzymes, pollen, and delicate wild‑flower notes. Drizzle it over warm toast, blend it with a spoon of Salwah Ghee for an Ayurvedic tonic, or swirl it through yoghurt—its purity speaks for itself.
