Salwah Ghee Creamy Chicken Korma

This rich, silky chicken korma gets its unmistakable depth from aromatic whole spices, ground almonds, and a generous spoonful of Salwah Ghee. Ready in under 30 minutes, it’s an easy week-night curry that tastes like it simmered all afternoon.

Why cook korma with Salwah Ghee?

  • High smoke point – bloom spices without burning.
  • Buttery mouth-feel – milk fats from Salwah Ghee create that signature silky sauce.
  • Nutrient boost – CLA and fat-soluble vitamins A, D, E, K from grass-fed ghee.
  • Lactose- & casein-free – gentler for sensitive stomachs.
